1. About the service

Clawfolio is a personal finance platform that lets you connect your bank accounts, import statements, categorize transactions, and manage budgets. The service is currently in open beta and available for bank accounts in Brazil and the United States.

2. Beta phase

Clawfolio is in open beta. During this phase:

• The service may experience instability, bugs, or interruptions.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability or accuracy of synced data.

3. Trial period and subscription

When you create your account, you start a free 30-day trial. After that period, the monthly subscription will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Not use the platform for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights.
• Not attempt to access other users' data.

5. Bank connections

Bank connections in Brazil are made through Pluggy using Open Finance Brasil. Bank connections in the United States are made through Plaid. Clawfoliodoes not store your banking credentials — they are handled entirely by the respective connectivity provider. Connection availability depends on the financial institution and the provider's service.

6. Artificial intelligence

Transaction categorization and statement data extraction use artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). These categorizations are automatic suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving categorizations before using them for financial decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

Clawfolio is a financial organization tool, not a financial advisory service. We are not liable for:

• Financial decisions made based on platform data.
• Errors in automatic transaction categorization.
• Temporary unavailability of bank connections.
• Losses resulting from service interruptions during the beta phase.

8. Intellectual property

All content, code, and branding of Clawfolio are the property of Clawfolio and its licensors. Your financial data remains yours.

9. Account termination

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting support@clawfolio.ai. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
